Use the secure feedback portal
The separate Ahoy There portal sends your report straight to the private review queue without opening an email app. It asks for consent and explains that feedback may be stored in Azure for up to 365 days. A reply address is optional.
The portal is an online service. Do not include passwords, room passkeys or private chat messages.
