Where does the ship dock?
Confirm Tokyo city or Yokohama and then the exact pier. Daikoku, Osanbashi and Shinko are not interchangeable.
Can I walk into town?
Odaiba suits Tokyo terminal; central Yokohama suits Osanbashi or Shinko. Daikoku needs a confirmed shuttle before any independent visit.
Practical information
Japanese yen is used; cards are common but not universal. Stations are large, and lifts or correct exits can add time with luggage.
What fits the day?
For a two-hour Tokyo and Yokohama visit, stay within one compact cluster. A half-day can support one anchor attraction plus nearby streets or food. A full day can go farther only with a fixed turn-back time and a protected terminal return.
Safety and return
For Tokyo and Yokohama, use ship time and all-aboard, save the Japanese terminal name and address, and allow for transfers, immigration and finding the correct station exit.
